Daughter of Cascade, and first established on the Hüll farm in the Hallertau region of Germany in 2012. Fruity, wine-like flavour profile with gooseberry and grass, not dissimilar to Sauvignon Blanc. Aroma notes of cassis and elderflower in addition to grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass, as well as passionfruit and pineapple
