LalBrew® Windsor™ ale yeast is a true English strain that produces a beer which is estery to both palate and nose with a slight fresh yeasty flavour. Beers created with LalBrew® Windsor™ are usually described as full-bodied, fruity English ales.
LalBrew® Windsor™ is a maltotriose negative yeast, and as well as producing classic English ales, is well suited to brewing low ABV beers and ciders.
