The third of Indie Hops own developed varieties, Lórien® is descended from a Sterling female and a German male hop, and was originally created as a clean, crisp low alpha New World craft lager hop which lets the malt base of the beer shine.
Lórien® has tangy fresh fruit and mixed citrus notes of fresh melon, wild flowers & cinnamon spice.
As well as lagers, Helles, Pils and Kölschs, Lórien works nicely in Farmhouse beers and Saisons too, as well as West Coast IPAs. Check out the Lórien brewing notes here.
