Fresh orange sections, roses, piney hop resin = classic American craft beer flavours and Cascade grown in Oregon in the US Pacific North West hits on a whole new level! Indie Hops Cascade brings a unique orange citrus component to the party.
Great in American Pale Ales, where Oregon Cascade brings a nice balance of citrus, mixed floral and pine (with that unique orange citrus hit too). Oregon Cascade works nicely in West Coast IPAs too, bringing a pleasant bitterness, and can also be an important player in New England IPAs (NEIPAs) too, where orange citrus and floral rose flavours sit alongside a nice resinous base.
