Description
A powerhouse blend created by New Zealand brewers from their favourite hops & lots of Riwaka™, Moutere™ and Motueka™ exclusively for Hop Revolution™. Expect hits of lemon-lime citrus, kumquat, floral notes, and bold tropical aromas.
Turkey's Pick™ is the second of Hop Revolution's bespoke hop blends, following hot on the heels of the OG, Hop Revolution™ NZ Revolution Blend™. For smaller batches, blends are a great way to get a full expression from New Zealand hop flavours from just one box, and without compromising on quality, as all of Hop Revolution™ blends contain the same superior quality hops as Hop Revolution™ individual varieties. Use Turkey's Pick on its own for a hit of pure New Zealand hops, or add it into your own recipes for a custom flavour profile.
Why Turkeys?
Hop Revolution’s Dr. Susan Wheeler (General Manager of Science & Innovation) has a habit of calling her brewery clients “turkeys,” so her lab and sensory space was dubbed “The Turkey’s Nest.” As this blend was created with the input of New Zealand craft brewers from their favourite hop varieties and harvest lots, 'Turkey's Pick' was the logical choice!
