Now available in CGX™ Cryogenic Lupulin Pellets with twice the potency of T-90 pellets and reduced vegetal matter to bring more efficiency to your brew.
New Zealand's star hop. Named to honour its home, Nelson Sauvin™ hops have a similar flavour profile to the equally “made-famous-by-New-Zealand” Sauvignon Blanc wine grape. Expect very fruity flavours of passion fruit, gooseberry, peach, and lime. Some brewers also note hints of Kiwi and Passionfruit. Due to its complex hop oil profile Nelson Sauvin™ can work its magic as an aroma hop, a flavour hop or even for bittering. Ideal for American style Pale Ales and IPAs when allowing its punchy hoppy character to shine through, but also can be nicely suited to delicate Lagers too.
