Elani™, commonly described as clean and bright is vastly used in hop-forward beer styles; Hazy IPAs, West Coast IPAs and Pale ales to name a few. This hop has mid-range alpha acid and high total oils which makes it a useful flexible addition to the brew deck - handy for either a single hop brew, or in combination with other high impact aroma hops. Elani™ is suitable for both whirlpool and dry hop additions.
Flavours and aromas consists of pineapple, guava, lime, white peach and orange zest.
