Description
Castle Malting®'s Château Cara Honey malt is a Belgian amber caramel malt created from high temperature germination followed by drum roasting. Château Cara Honey brings a reddish hue to beers, with hints of caramel, toffee and bread. It will also increase the body of a beer, as well as promoting head formation and retention.
Use: Red, Amber or Brown Ales and Lagers, as well as Bock Beers and Dunkel beers.
Rate: Up to 20%.
