Description
Castle Malting®'s Dextrin malt and the palest of the Belgian Caramel malts, Château Cara Clair® adds body and smoothness to beer as well as being fantastic for promoting good head formation and retention in a pint thanks to the presence of complex proteins. Expect soft biscuit notes in the aroma.
Use: Pilsner Lager, low alcohol beer, light beer, Bock beer.
Rate: Up to 30%.
