Description
BESTMALZ BEST Vienna malt brings a full golden colour to beer, whilst offering excellent foaming and a pleasant, full-bodied taste. In contrast to BEST Heidelberg, BEST Vienna malt uses two-row malting barley varieties which form more colouring during the malting process. The protein content is slightly higher than in a Pilsen malt from the same harvest, with comparable enzyme content and high extract values.
Use: Base malt for Export, Märzen, Porter and other speciality beers.
Rate: Up to 100% of the grain bill.
