Description
The enzyme-strong and extract-rich BEST Pilsen Malt is a great base malt, used either alone or combined with other base malts, for all kinds of exceptional and great-tasting beers. Even with high special malt contents in the bulk, this malt provides the ideal basis for optimum processing in production and, as a result, the basis for a wide variety of top-quality beers.
All BESTMALZ malts are produced in accordance with the purity guidelines of the German Reinheitsgebot of 1516. BESTMALZ use no genetically modified raw materials. Their malts are produced in compliance with all valid food regulations and legal provisions.
Use: Base malt for all beers, Premium Pilsner and Pilsner beers, Export, Kölsch, Lager, Helles, light beers, and as a base malt for almost all beer styles.
Rate: Up to 100 % of the grain bill.
