Description
A new smoked malt addition to the BESTMALZ range alongside BESTMALZ BEST Beechwood Smoked Malt
BEST Cherry Ember Smoke is smoked over the finest cherry wood and imparts a typical cherry flavour to beer. Ideal for both beer and whiskey production.
Use: Bock, Whiskey, Dark Beers, Porter, Smoked Beer, Wheat Beer.
Rate: For initial use, it is recommended 10% in the malt bill, which can be increased to 100% due to its high enzymatic power. It should be noted that the full cherry smoke aroma generally develops only after fermentation and cellaring.
Flavour: Sweet smoke, Cherry notes.
