Description
BEST Caramel® Amber malt is perfect for creating strong, full-bodied and aroma-intensive beers with a lot of malt body. Compared to lighter caramel malts, BEST Caramel® Amber is characterised by strong notes of dates and biscuit cookies.
Use: Märzen, wheat beers, Bock, Amber Ale, Amber Lager, amber-coloured beers, and dark beer styles.
Rate: Up to 50% of the grain bill.
