Description
Castle Malting®'s special Belgian dark malt, created using their special double roasting process. Château Special Belgium® has unique flavours and aromas of rich malt, raisin, plum, and hints of nut. Gives beer a deep red to dark brown black colour and full body.
Use: Abbey ales, dubbels, porters, brown ales, doppelbocks.
Rate: Up to 10%.
