Northern Brewer is a German grown dual-purposed hop, versatile with high alpha acid characteristics for bittering and also contributes to subtle aroma properties such as woody and earthy notes within beer. Northern Brewer is better suited to a variety of European styles due to it's less aromatic profile, styles such as German Lagers, Farmhouse beers and Ales.
