Description
Deluxe Flaked Oats are oat groats which have undergone a high temperature torrefication 'cooking' process to gelatinise the starchy endosperm. Once torrefied, the oats are then flaked. Using torrefied Deluxe Flaked Oats will help to add smoothness and bring a nice creamy mouthfeel to beers, making this the ideal adjunct for brewing NEIPAs and Stouts.
