Description
Flaked Maize consists of maize grits that have been torrefied at high temperatures, resulting in gelatinisation of the starchy endosperm, and then flaked. Flaked Maize lightens wort and can add a unique corn flake-like sweetness beers.

VAT Charges
Customers who are not VAT registered will be charged VAT on our products which qualify for VAT in line with government policy on VAT for brewing ingredients.
