Description
Versatile hop with interesting bitterness and a floral aroma with citrus flavour and aroma. Not dissimilar to Cascade, Centennial is well suited to Pale Ales and IPAs. Originally developed at Washington State University from a mix of Brewer’s Gold, Fuggles, East Kent Golding and Bavarian hops.
