Description
BarthHaas® HopAid® Antifoam is a natural, hop based antifoam agent which can help increase your fermentation capacity. It's suitable for use in all types of fermentation tanks and for top or bottom fermenting yeasts. As the world's only hop-based antifoam, HopAid® Antifoam can help you increase your profits by making the maximum use of your tank space squeezing more beer into your FV, as well as reduce microbiological contamination risk, and make CIP and tank cleaning easier too. As HopAid works too, it'll aid in bottom yeast cropping and assist with filtration too. HopAid® also has no impact on the final beer’s foam retention properties.
Composition: Suspension of hop extract, food grade emulsifier and water. Food safe in USA and EU, silicate free, clean label product, extracted from hops.
Usage: Add to the cooled wort when filling the fermentation tank
