Description
Australia's most famous hop! Galaxy® was bred by HPA with high alpha Australian variety and Noble hop Perle lineage. This distinctive hop delivers high alpha acids and high oils and consistent punchy passionfruit, juicy peach and tangy citrus characteristics during late boil additions, whirlpool, or dry hop. Galaxy® is well suited for use in XPAs, Pacific Ales, Hazy Pale Ales, IPAs and NEIPAs.
