Description
Enigma® has crisp, refreshing flavours of grape (think white wine), with fruits like red currants and sweet cantaloupe. Late addition and dry hop really allows Engima®'s flavour and aromas to shine. Great in IPAs and Pales as well as New World Lagers. This hop was created by the HPA in 2002 from a cross pollination of Swiss Tettnang and North American hops and released in 2015.
