Description
Used as a late addition via whirlpool or dry hopping Vic Secret™ will bring big pineapple and refreshing pine flavours and as an early addition to the kettle you can expect Vic Secret™ to offer dank and earthy hits with a hint of fruit. This versatile dual purpose hop works nicely in West Coast IPAs, Hazy IPAs, and Pales as well as Stouts and Porters. HPA created Vic Secret™ in 2000 from a high alpha Australia variety and Wye College Hops mix, giving it English, European and North American heritage.
