Description
BarthHaas® SPECTRUM Krush® is a versatile flowable liquid hop product, and the closest solution on the market to a 'liquid' Krush® hop pellet. This fully natural alternative is derived from 100% hops, providing your beer with the crucial flavours and aromas found in hops as well as crucial oils and terpenes, thiols, bitter acids and polyphenols. SPECTRUM disperses quickly into your beer without the need for additional carriers or solvents, or dry hopping equipment. It can also be used both hot and cold side of the brew.
SPECTRUM can help you cut down on hop creep too, as the enzymes causing this are removed. As a flowable product with no leaf material, SPECTRUM will help you vastly increase your brewhouse efficiency by reducing beer losses and minimising cleanup time on spent material. Using SPECTRUM in conjunction with world-class T90 hop pellets and the end result will be consistent, superb quality beer with efficiency and cost savings for your brewery.
