AB Vickers Vicant SBX™

Vicant SBX™ is an antioxidant for beer, especially designed to offer highly effective protection against browning within the beer as a result of oxidation degradation in packaged beer. This product consists of a brown powder which is easily soluble in water, designed for addition into the mash and for use in the brewhouse. It's well suited to all beer styles, and particularly good for low alc beers where reduces aldehyde formation.
